Sensory

Sensory was an immersive restaurant experiment involving the creative collaborations of Bomba, Tin & Ed and Cut Copy.

As part of the Sugar Mountain 2016 festival, Sensory explored the relationship between sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch. The 45-minute, four-course set menu took place in an interactive environment where all senses were stimulated.

Acclaimed tapas restaurant Bomba showed off their artistry with a new world food offering. Melbourne based designers Tin & Ed created a contrasting sculptural environment, while Cut Copy created an evolving soundtrack which complemented each course.
